About the Role:

 

The Sales Enablement Solutions Manager helps drive sales teams' success by supporting and implementing strategic enablement programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, process optimization, content generation and hands-on execution. They work across various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to drive sales effectiveness.

 

  • Build relationships with sales teams to understand their goals and challenges and develop a plan for how enablement can help.
  • Implement enablement tools, ensuring thorough training, rollout, and effective usage.
  • Develop and enhance the process for sales enablement onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Develop sales enablement support resources and training content.
  • Facilitate the creation of sales enablement content and collateral in partnership with business lines.
  • Partner to connect and embed sales enablement content into CRM and marketing systems.
  • Track and measure the results of enablement programs and content, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and engagement leaders to obtain and scope product materials, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Identify best practices and distribute learnings globally.
  • Define, measure, and report on operational metrics to analyze enablement efficiency in relation to sales performance.
  • Define and utilize internal systems and tools to drive enablement operations efficiency for sales internal interfaces and strive to get things done.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training.  Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations and completes all required annual or job specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Banks written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor or train others and teach coursework as a subject matter expert.
  • Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words.
  • Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

 

About You:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Sales or related field, required. 
  • 3 years of proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related role.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and open communication lines with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and feedback to continually refine training programs and resources.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks or skill gaps and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to changing business needs or new technological advancements.
  • Occasional travel required.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
