Within the Programs team, the Program Performance Manager will act as a "co-pilot" of the Program Director and will be responsible for :

  • Plan, organize and control the indicators necessary for the execution of the Programs as well as the improvement actions of the processes related to the programs.
  • Support the A220 and G7500 Program Managers in the achievement of economic and operational objectives: Aircraft deliveries to the customer (On Time and On Quality), Competitiveness (RC reductions) and NRC/CS-CD follow-up
  • Monitor the progress of activities and deliverables of: Design, Manufacturing, Assembly and Delivery.
  • Identify and analyze issues during daily internal multi-trade performance reviews and communicate them to management.
  • Ensure the implementation of action plans internally or with the customer.
  • Participate in decision making within the various departments and alongside management.

The Program Performance Manager will also assume a cross-functional Methods & Tools (M&T) PPM role allowing him/her to be responsible for:

  • Deploying Program/Project Management methods and tools to ensure a good level of performance and quality.
  • Leading continuous improvement actions of the Program/Project Management tools.

As the focal point of the operational and support functions, the Program Performance Manager interacts with the operational and support functions of the local programs (Mirabel activities) and contributing sites (Toulouse/Rochefort/Tunisia/Saint-Nazaire site activities). The mission may therefore require travel.


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or Operations Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role is required.
  • Mastery of PowerBI, SAP, the AGILE method and knowledge of PLM tools is a strong asset.
  • Technical knowledge of aerostructures and/or fuselage structures.
  • Knowledge of Airbus and Bombardier customers, their requirements and operating methods is an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French, both written and spoken.
