• Consulting for energy utilities and wind park owners in the wind power sector
• Management of project teams in complex projects including cost, quality, HSE and target responsibility
• Further development of the existing consulting portfolio and development of new consulting services in the context of wind park construction
• Establishment of customer relationship and maintenance of existing business relationship
• Comprehensive entrepreneurial action and assumption of responsibility for the content-related and economic development of the company

• University degree (Master/Diploma/Phd) in of industrial engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering or comparable with very good academic performance
• Excellent social competence, team spirit & communication
• 5 years of professional experience in the wind industry with a utility, park operator, service provider or in the conceptual environment of an energy provider
• Extensive knowledge of the international wind park construction projects (Turbines, Balance of Plant, …)
• Very good project management skills in the field of wind park construction (onshore and/or offshore), especially technical project management of EPCI construction projects (as per FIDIC, or equivalent)
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High customer as well as target orientation
• High willingness to travel (up to 80%) and flexibility
