Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the timely supply of the elements required for production and for keeping the material management system up to date.

  • Management of production orders
  • Convert Planned Orders into Production Orders according to the procedures in force.
  • Launch the edition of the Production Orders.
  • Follow up on unconverted OP1s.
  • Monitor the progress of the production in relation to the PPA1.
  • Analyze, collect and process exception messages from MRP1 relating to the management of launches and OF1 and resolve anomalies.
  • Make the production files available.
  • Follow the OF until their closing (TERC1) and make sure that there are no shortages.
  • Participate in pre-delivery meetings.
  • Process rejections and workshop returns in SAP according to the procedures in force.
  • Participate in the processing of anomalies (AM1/NRC) in SAP according to current procedures.
  • Following the request of the preparation department after a range evolution.
  • Following a refusal OT1 when the defective part is rejected.
  • To manage returns on OF for surplus conforming parts according to the procedures in force.
  • To re-align files in the case of a program change in agreement with production and the STELIA scheduling department.
  • Ensure the distribution of production orders to production via the processes in force
  • Management of shortages
  • The management of missing parts applies to the following scope Standard Parts , Airworthy parts
  • Detect the risks of breakage as soon as the reservations not covered by a wealth appear.
  • Analyze the causes of the shortage (heavy completion, blocking, etc.) and trigger the necessary correction or alert actions.
  • Follow up with the manager concerned to obtain a (level 1 reminder).
  • Maintain the table for monitoring shortages.
  • Report to his/her hierarchy and to production the risk of breakage in case of non respect  of the announced deadline or of a deadline higher than the ultimate one.
  • To make the balance between the shortages at the start and the shortages at the departure of its zone.
  • Fill in the various shortage monitoring tables

Production follow-up

  • Monitor the actual progress of production
  • Participate in the production points and be the driving force behind the shortages in the upstream and downstream flow
  • Participate and implement actions following the pre-delivery meeting
  • Control the physical arrival of the airworthy elements necessary for production
  • Propose and implement catch-up plans
  • Manage the delivery
  • Ensure the completeness of the open points before delivery
  • Provide a clear and documented status of the product upon delivery


  • 3 years of experience in aeronautics in the production department;
  • College diploma (DEC) in a related field.
  • Mastery of the Office suite, especially Excel (Intermediate);
  • Mastery of SAP (Intermediate).
  • Communication;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Sense of priorities;
  • Fluency in French and English.
