- You will assist the strategic buyer in the contractual definition and implementation of the product change.
- You will support the contract administration, which includes:
- Gathering the necessary data to secure the commercial agreement for PCRs (Program Change Requests).
- Challenge this data to minimize costs and assist buyers in consolidating data with suppliers.
- Prepare PCR consolidation files with cost optimization opportunities created by consolidation.
- Support buyers in creating the Program Change Instruction (PCI) ready for signature by the company and the supplier, reflecting the commercial, technical and schedule agreement, including retrofit.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.

- Procurement experience is essential, although applications from individuals with good commercial experience and knowledge of procurement processes are also welcome.
- Experience of working in a multi-functional environment, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing internal customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial / contractual / financial knowledge is desirable.
- Negotiation skills in English, other languages would be an asset.
