  • Responsible for product line level Aftermarket and Service strategic planning, development, and execution in collaboration with Business Development
  • Work on existing and innovative projects
  • Partner with Business Development to establish strong customer relationships in order to manage performance, track and improve customer satisfaction
  • Partners with the relevant department to functionally lead all aspects of the service and support for the product lifecycle (i.e. sales support, new product entry, spares and material support, maintenance and repair, etc.)
  • Provide aftermarket leadership
  • Ensure collaboration and alignment with Mechanical Systems Aftermarket functional leads
  • Participate in daily meetings
  • Propose & implement process improvements
  • Define assignments and monitor performance
  • Supports and helps drive business/operational strategy and growth
  • Accountable for product line aftermarket sales, technical, and service support
  • Responsible for all Technical Support including field service, product support, training, and publications
  • Responsible for the negotiations for the maintenance of the aircraft, purchase of spare parts…
  • Oversee & participate in program recruitment and new hire engagement efforts
  • Strengthen program brand & visibility

Yöu

  • Experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience leading in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality and delivery to drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)
