Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring we meet the daily operational HR needs of the community hospitals while maintaining the practices driven within each of the corporate human resources Center of Excellence’s.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining the established operations for HR at the community hospitals working in partnership with HR centers of excellence and Senior leadership.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solid solutions to any HR issues, collaborating with appropriate HR leadership and/or CoE when applicable.
  • Manage the HR Policy process for the designated community hospital; maintaining policy list, consulting with all HR disciplines when necessary to assist with the development of and/or updating of the HR policies and procedures. 
  • Presenter for New Caregiver Welcome
  • Partner with Community hospital leadership and HR leadership when necessary to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the development of processes and delivery of assigned work identified in each HR center of excellence as unique to only the community hospitals.  Project work related to community hospitals
Position Qualifications:
  • Required Experience/Skills:
  • 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Presentation experience
  • Experience working in a union environment
