Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and tracking Organizational Development (OD) learning events, programs and projects, performance management administration, and organizational culture initiatives. Provides administration and support for various OD technologies including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual Training/Webinar technologies, and digital marketing and survey tools such as Formstack and MailChimp. Maintain records, provide documentation, distribute and collect evaluations, track metrics and create reports. Serves as point of contact for performance management compliance and documentation. Provides support, education and guidance to managers and caregivers ensuring that all learning and development strategies are aligned with organizational goals and are outcome driven. Designs standard work processes and documentation for OD programs and services in collaboration with Specialists/Consultants. Manages select Human Resources (HR) projects and/or initiatives.  Provides cross functional support in the development of enterprise-wide HR solutions.

Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of three years of related work experience.
  • Analytical, organization, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong writing skills to produce clear and concise communications.
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload.

Preferred: Experience with...

  • Learning Management Systems (eg. Healthstream, Cornerstone)
  • Digital marketing
  • Rapid e-learning development software
  • Virtual Training/Webinar technologies
