Position Summary:
Responsible for directing, coordinating, and delivering daily departmental function and planning, optimizing the delivery of patient/couple care throughout the fertility journey. Collaborates with the Manager of Ambulatory Operations to manage and direct the implementation of professional nursing and clinical practice on a day-to-day basis. Coordinates patient care and makes immediate decisions for those areas within the scope of his/her responsibility using knowledge of standards, policies and procedures as they apply to reproductive/fertility services. As part of the clinical leadership team, participates in strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of systems to support and enhance the competence, autonomy, and accountability of the nursing staff within the IVF/ REI program. Delivers direct patient care and manages day-to-day work responsibilities for the clinical staff within the IVF/ REI program to assure optimal patient experience and outcomes.

Experience/Skill:
Required:
1. Minimum of three years related clinical experience in REI/IVF, including third party reproductive services which include donor egg, reciprocal IVF for same sex couples, gestational carrier and surrogacy, embryo donation, frozen embryos, oocytes, sperm and sperm tissue, and ovarian cryopreservation.
2. Minimum of three years related clinical experience in REI/IVF, including third party reproductive services which include donor egg, reciprocal IVF for same sex couples, gestational carrier and surrogacy, embryo donation, frozen embryos, oocytes, sperm and sperm tissue, and ovarian cryopreservation.
3. Demonstrates leadership experience.
4. Demonstrates decision-making skills by establishing priorities and initiating action.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.)
Preferred:
1. Previous management or supervisory experience.
