We are seeking a new Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact Tyler's growth by attracting top technical talent. You'll work closely with our U.S. and Canadian teams, contributing to our 'One Tyler' vision.
Our Talent Acquisition team works together and there may be times when this position will work on non-technical positions. A successful candidate for this position is willing and interested to dive in and help wherever they can be of service.
Work Arrangement and Shift
We are looking for someone for this role to either be fully onsite in our Philippines location (18th floor of Three Neo Building, 3rd Ave. Corner 30th Street Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634), or work a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
This position will be working mid-shift, from 3:00pm-12:00a Philippines Time.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions across Tyler Technologies' global operations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for software development, IT, and other technical roles
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, representing Tyler's culture and values
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and leverage various recruitment channels
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for leadership
- Stay updated on global tech recruitment trends and best practices
- Learn and use all the technology tools at hand effectively including our ATS (Jobvite) and our HRIS (UKG).
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a global software company
- Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and the IT job market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Jobvite experience would be a huge plus) and modern recruitment tools
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and with diverse teams
- Fluency in English
