Cloud Services Analyst
Description
The Analyst also provides second-tier support for on-premises and cloud-native internal environments, systems, and escalated client issues, contributing to the stability, reliability, and usability of Tyler’s internal tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to validate and promote the stability of new releases.
- Stay current with Tyler’s evolving technology landscape, including security, deployment, integration, infrastructure, observability, and compatibility.
- Provide service desk support for internal teams and tools, including ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and client environments.
- Utilize tools and technologies such as AWS resources, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub, Datadog, Octopus Deploy, Keycloak, and Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
- Administer Windows servers and Microsoft SQL databases.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and relevant certifications to enhance technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in technical support, IT systems administration, DevOps, or familiarity with Tyler Enterprise ERP products, with demonstrated aptitude for technical analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with observability platforms and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Datadog, AWS).
- Familiarity with scripting languages, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Microsoft CRM.
