Description

The Product Analyst role serves as a vital contributor, bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements & technical execution. The primary focus is the assimilation & documentation of complex software requirements throughout the SLDC, enhancing Tyler’s market-leading public sector Enterprise Records Management (ERM) solution. Combining technical collaboration with a passion for efficient delivery, user experience, the analyst ensures innovative, consistent, and highly usable solutions.

HYBRID WORK POLICY: The candidate is required to be in the Lakewood, CO office at least 3x a week. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide Business Value by solving market problems of wide-ranging scope and complexity to meet clients and potential clients needs.
  • Gather and interpret data from product usage, customer feedback, market trends, and internal systems.
  • Analyze product performance to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Gather requirements of wide-ranging scope and complexity from a variety of sources tosupport product development process.
  • Research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by business system's owners.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate Tyler teams to help design, develop, and successfully launch new features and changes within the product area.
  • Proactively communicate with management and appropriate stakeholders on the product’s performance, any major issues with the products or any changes in the market or competition as related to the product.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the team environment through integrity, leadership, and continuous knowledge transfer.
  • Learn and analyze client business requirements, use cases and identify feature mvp.
  • Embrace learning and adapt to priority shifts.
  • Occasional Travel is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Full understanding of software development concepts and product lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or beginner-level use of SQL.
  • Exposure to or understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear insights.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to organize, track, and structure information.
