Marketing Manager, Client Marketing
Description
The Marketing Manager, Client Marketing, leads the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs that strengthen client engagement, communicate product value, and support Tyler's ERP client growth objectives for the ERP & Civic Division. This role develops and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns that inform, educate, and engage existing clients while partnering closely with Client Success, Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, and Marketing Shared Services to deliver coordinated client experiences. Success is measured through lead generation across cross-sell/upsell initiatives, campaign performance, client engagement, advocacy development, and marketing's contribution to cross-functional growth initiatives. The role exercises significant independent judgment in prioritizing initiatives, coordinating shared marketing resources, and aligning client marketing activities with division business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual client marketing strategies that support client engagement, communicate product value, increase awareness of relevant Tyler solutions, strengthen client advocacy, and enable broader client growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing programs that support client expansion initiatives, promote awareness of complementary Tyler solutions, and enable account teams through coordinated campaigns and communications.
- Collaborate with product experts, client-facing teams, and subject matter experts to gather insights and develop accurate, relevant marketing content.
- Develop integrated ERP client marketing campaigns that communicate product value and relevant solutions.
- Partner with account teams to develop marketing programs that increase awareness of complementary Tyler solutions and relevant business capabilities.
- Execute client communications for product releases, thought leadership, webinars, and educational content.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze client engagement metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Oversee marketing staff as applicable.
- Aid in the continuing development of staff members and provide ongoing guidance, training, and direction in achieving the team and company objectives
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B or B2G client marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing experience.
- Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions preferred.
- Experience developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and marketing analytics platforms (Dynamics, Marketo, Treasure Data preferred).
- Strong campaign planning, project management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
