We’re seeking a rockstar US-based remote Account Executive to support Shopper + Customer Marketing programs for a major CPG client in the baked goods category. Ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication and client management skills.  Amazing opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are hungry to grow and learn. Ideal candidate will have experience in alcohol beverage marketing or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Shopper & Customer Marketing team with executional project management from project initiation through completion and billing
  • Assist in development for creative programs (development of timelines, creative briefing, trafficking and review of materials, competitive audits etc.)
  • Manage projects effectively from start to finish collaborating with cross functional team and client leads
  • Develop and manage estimates, purchase orders and invoicing with input from Account Team and clients
  • Manage electronic job jackets/billing information
  • Develop proficiency across all the internal workflow and client financial management systems
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, advertising, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting, preferably agency or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure
  • Detail orientation and ability to multitask across fluid workload
  • Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
  • Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
  • Enthusiastic, “can do” attitude in accepting work/new challenges
  • Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions
  • Conscientious work ethic
