Position Summary:     
    
The Sales Coordinator will provide top level sales support to the LATAM & Caribbean Sales Department including Authorized Dealers & Independent Sales Representatives.  This person must also be able to achieve superior results in a very fast-paced environment.     
    
Location: This position is based in Miami and includes the LATAM & Caribbean territory    
    
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:     
    
  • Interact with all sales, customer service, order entry, logistics and operations teams for various projects, orders, follow-up, new initiatives, and company communication.
  • Prepare presentations, facilitate sales efforts, and create client programs.
  • Maintain department documents, schedules, and contact lists, utilize TUUCI systems to organize sales, manage open orders, customer records and generate customer reports.
  • Assist sales team with daily logistics processes and documentation with a focus on LATAM & Caribbean Territories.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to assure authorized dealers are equipped with key marketing and sales tools.
  • Contribute to the entire TUUCI team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and projects; be an expert for questions in TUUCI products and resource.
  • Develop an expert knowledge of TUUCI products including operational information, installation, and appropriate uses.
  • Assist and facilitate customer relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned and required by the territories.
Education and Qualifications:
    
    
  • 1 year of administrative experience required; preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • High school diploma required, two-year college minimum.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills.
  • Professionalism and outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish a must)
  • Must be a team player.
Beneficial Skills and Experience     
  • Sales experience with manufacturing or hospitality industry
  • Experience & knowledge of logistics, import/export is preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Management Software experience
