Position Summary
 
Tuuci is seeking a customer-focused and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow key strategic commercial accounts, including the Starbucks portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
The Account Manager is responsible for understanding each client’s business needs, managing day-to-day account activity, and identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and account growth. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.
 
The Account Manager position is full-time, based in the Miami, FL office, and reports to the Director of Sales.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business contact and liaison for designated client accounts
  • Manage client relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate internally to support seamless communication between clients and Tuuci teams
  • Ensure key accounts receive the level of service and responsiveness expected from Tuuci
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client business operations and Tuuci’s role in supporting them
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancements, and account growth
  • Support additional developing partnerships as assigned
Ideal Qualifications & Experience
Primary
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with order processing systems and CRM or ERP platforms
Preferred
  • Experience supporting commercial, hospitality, or national accounts
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client relationships
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • In-office attendance required at the Miami, FL office
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as needed to meet client and business requirements
