Workplace Hospitality Coordinator (CORP) - 1st Shift
Description
We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented Workplace Hospitality Coordinator to help create welcoming, well-maintained, and engaging workplace environments across six New Hampshire locations. In this highly visible role, you will be at the center of the employee experience—ensuring our cafeterias, meeting spaces, and company events are organized, inviting, and ready to support the daily work of our teams. From coordinating catering and supporting company meetings to maintaining hospitality spaces and assisting with employee appreciation initiatives, your work will directly impact on our culture and workplace experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, catering, customer service, event support, or workplace services who enjoys variety, building relationships, and taking pride in creating exceptional experiences for others.
What You'll Do
- Oversee cafeterias to ensure they are clean and stocked for self-service; work with outside vendors to ensure cafeterias are stocked with food and beverages as assigned; maintain a clean, food-safe environment.
- Maintain customer-ready spaces in accordance with set standards, including but not limited to ensuring utensils and napkins are filled, keeping tables clear and clean, removing debris from the floor, and cleaning spills as needed.
- Troubleshoot and report any issues with cafeteria appliances with vendors and the facilities team as appropriate.
- Coordinate business-related catering as assigned. In cooperation with the host(s) plan and arrange all necessary support services, including but not limited to company meetings, day-to-day catering, meeting room set-up, clean-up, and other related tasks.
- In collaboration with the Executive Assistant team, plan and coordinate company events, including all company, business unit, and department-level events and outings. as well as other morale events as assigned. Quarterly company meetings require third shift presence once per quarter.
- Coordinate a variety of morale events including team appreciation events, work anniversary/years of service and retirement events and others as assigned.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with caterers and ensure appropriate costs, quality and safety of all food products and services.
- Purchase and prepare baby/wedding gifts as assigned.
- Responsible for annual Christmas candy project as well as cafeteria and lobby décor as directed.
- As directed, monitor and report on catering, events, and cafeteria spend budget in collaboration with the department Director.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality, customer service, office services, catering, workplace experience, or event support experience preferred.
- An associate's, bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality management, event coordination, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours to support company meetings and events.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, and light physical activity throughout the day.
