Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the TES quality system and supervising the inspection staff.
Supervisor Specific Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the TURBOCAM Corporate Quality Manager establish, implement, and maintain the quality systems for TES in order to maintain ISO9001 and NADCAP certification.
  • Reporting status of TES quality system to TURBOCAM Corporate Quality Manager and TES management on a regular basis.
  • Developing and regularly communicating quality system goals and Key Performance Indicators KPIs.
  • Supervising the inspection staff.
  • Developing and maintaining Quality System process, procedures, work instructions, and approved suppliers.
  • Developing effective processes for root cause analysis, corrective actions, and system improvements. Monitor those processes and recommend appropriate actions to management.
  • Establishing, maintaining and supporting internal audit schedule of all Quality System processes.
  • Providing Quality System training and methodologies to communicate progress towards Quality Objectives.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective measurement data analysis methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), to drive product quality and process improvements.
  • Conducting regular management reviews of TES Quality Systems.
  • Performing other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or a related technical field preferred.
  • 5 years minimum experience in quality or management of a manufacturing operation.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AC7004 or similar quality systems.
  • Working knowledge of automotive, aerospace and industrial industry standards for Special Processes, such as coating and heat treating of metallic parts preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio.
  • Must maintain adequate near vision by means of annual test (per requirements of Work Instruction TES.WlQA.02.
  • Requires occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs. and sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
