Come Build With Us:

  • Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in math, print reading, GD&T, measurement, machining, and CNC machining.
  • Develop and continuously improve technical training programs, materials, assessments, and documentation.
  • Coach and mentor employees as they build their technical skills.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and address skill gaps across engineering, machining, maintenance, operations, and quality.
  • Adapt complex technical concepts for different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure training aligns with established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage training records and learning content within the TURBOCAM Success Portal.
  • Help maintain training equipment, classrooms, and the machine shop.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused learning environment.

Bring Your Expertise:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a four-year degree in manufacturing, education, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, preferably within the aerospace or automotive industries.
  • Experience teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring others, with a passion for helping people learn and succeed.
  • Proficiency in math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, measurement, and machining principles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, instructional, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and adapt instruction to different learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
  • Ability to climb stairs and walk, stand, stoop, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 25 pounds or more.
