Position Summary
The Commissions Manager reports directly to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. The Commissions Manager will be responsible for the tracking and processing of commission rewards via our global sales incentive plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of end-to-end Sales Commissions process
  • Manage the upload of Sales Compensation information into Incent
  • Analyze and adjust transactions to ensure accuracy per plan eligibility guidelines
  • Review and process appropriately approved sales credit adjustments 
  • Calculate, validate, and submit monthly payments to Management within specified deadlines
  • Validate and register approved teaming agreements
  • Assist Sales and Finance colleagues in reconciliation of sales credit and commission as required
  • Work with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure compensation targets are equitable and align to Trustwave’s strategic vision
  • Manage and train Commissions Analyst on Sales Commissions best practices and Incent administration
  • Engage with customers to research and accurately resolve commission and/or bonus payment related inquiries
  • Provide required guidance or training to colleagues and stakeholders on commission relevant processes and deadlines, use of available reports, reconciliation responsibilities, eligibility, and / or dispute resolution workflow
  • Partner with Contracts and Sales Operations Teams where necessary to ensure accurate booking of more complex orders
  • Develop and conduct internal peer training as assigned to ensure ongoing process cohesiveness
  • Effectively communicate process or policy deficiencies and actively partner with key players to implement required change
  • Integrate various global entities in Incent to provide valuable Global Sales Reporting


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of prior Sales Commissions experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables with minimum
  • Strong knowledge of Incent as well as Microsoft Excel and Office
  • com experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to self-manage
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Very strong customer support skills


Education:
We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
