Trustwave, a leader in cloud-based compliance and information security solutions, is seeking a highly talented and motivated Program Manager with established professional experience to join Trustwave's Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans to deliver Trustwave’s products on schedule and as per requirements outlined by Product Management (PM).
  • Closely manage project scope and expectations of stakeholders in Service Delivery, PM, and Engineering.
  • Identify internal stakeholders impacted by the projects and engage them throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project plans.
  • Develop communication plans including status reporting frequency, format and approach.
  • Transparently communicate project status to internal stakeholders either through critical path or milestone and deliverable reporting.
  • Manage and report project risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct lessons learned reviews at project close, create a recommendations report identifying successful and unsuccessful project practices.

Communication:

  • Facilitate team meetings effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Experience defining technical project scope and objectives.
  • 3-5 years experience developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • 3-5 years experience conducting project meetings, preferably within engineering teams.
  • Experience recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • Strong oral and written skills are mandatory.
  • PMP Certification (or international equivalent) preferred.

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
