A Renewals Representative will be required to lead the way in delivering renewals and upsell/cross sell revenue into the business.  They will use wide-ranging interpersonal skills to engage with our customers and colleagues alike, creating rapport and adding value at every interaction.  A Renewals Representative will have a good understanding of the Trustwave product portfolio enabling them to spot additional revenue generating opportunities within their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Look after all the existing customers with renewals sub $10,000 across Europe,
  • Close software and/or hardware renewal business
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your designated accounts
  • Send 30, 60 and 90 days notification e-mails out to clients
  • Issue quarterly report of renewals due onto the Distributor working with your Manager
  • Answer any queries from clients or distribution channel in a timely and professional manner
  • Help prepare proposals, quotations, sales letters alongside the Channel Account Manager.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is current using CRM
  • Resolve any disputes or discrepancies in the accounts or orders received
  • Forecast business to close on a weekly basis to Line Manager

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
