Trustwave, a leader in cloud-based compliance and information security solutions, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join Trustwave's Accounting Team in Warsaw.

There is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing technology company located in Warsaw.  To be successful in this role, candidates must possess leadership qualities, be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and work independently in a team environment.  Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting is required. This position has high visibility across the company including sales, operations, finance, and service functions. 

The hours for this position are 3:00PM to 11:00PM.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

  • Manage an Accounts Receivables portfolio consisting of high visibility Trustwave customers
  • Analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports and identify any bad debt exposure.
  • Research any account discrepancies and work with sales and service personnel to resolve issues and facilitate collections.
  • Work towards meeting individual and team collection goals
  • Respond to customer requests and provide support as requested.
  • Prepare month end close reconciliations and associate journal entries.
  • Assist in the interim and year-end audit procedures.
  • Assist with other projects on an as-needed basis, as directed by management.


Qualifications:

  • Professional working experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-paced growing environment.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software package experience or ERP system.


Education:
College educated, preferably with accounting or finance concentration or equivalent is required for this position
