Partner Sales Engineering Leader

The Partner Sales Engineering Leader is a key leader in Trustwave’s global Alliances and Channels technical sales. The Partner Sales Engineering Leader role reports to our Alliances and Channels leaders and is directly responsible for supporting the Alliances and Channels organization in all aspects of the sales cycle with respect to revenue generation, as well as providing leadership in driving readiness, operational excellence and personal development in the sales engineering organization.

The Partner Sales Engineering Leader will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and technical sales support  leading by example and driving a culture of personal leadership, ownership and initiative.  This position will cover global Alliances and Channels.

The Partner Sales Engineering Leader continues to develop robust processes to deliver productive, disciplined and effective ways of doing business. They will ensure that Sales Engineering resources are effectively organized, trained and are aligned to maximize incremental revenue growth and customer satisfaction across the world. They will also have strong personal engagement with customers through demonstrating executive and technical presence and maximizing customer satisfaction - ensuring that all efforts are made to continue to be a trusted technical advisor.  All members of Trustwave’s leadership team are expected to have strong communication skills, and the Partner Sales Engineering Leader team will be a key presenter/participant in Executive Briefings and will be able to communicate our value proposition to a broad range of customer stakeholders at CxO level. 

Finally, this Leader will act as a facilitator of collaboration across internal stakeholders including Alliances, Product Management, and others to ensure that key initiatives and synergies are leveraged, while working very closely with the global sales organization in terms of programs and plans. 

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
