Coordinator is a member of Technical Enablement Office which is responsible for successful deployment of Trustwave products and services for customers. A Coordinator organizes squad resources required for onboarding new customers. Resources for the squad are required from number of different departments, like e.g., Technical Assistance Center, Global Threat Operations, Cloud Software and Endpoint, Threat Prevention and more. In addition, Coordinator is responsible for documenting as-is processes, identify process improvement opportunities, design process improvements.

 

Duties

  • Be point of contact between Project Management Office (PMO) and Technical Enablement (TE) Office.
  • Be quality gate within sales handoff process. Evaluate enablement solution and approach.
  • Organize squads required for customer’s’ deployments based on information about project from the PMO.
  • Document squad assignment and disassemble activities.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with all internal teams which resources are required for customer deployment activities.
  • Act as escalation point for Project Management Office pertaining customer enablement issues. Work on resolving them with internal Trustwave teams involved in deployments.
  • Periodically assess regional capabilities of Managed Security Services (MSS) Teams for enablement, delivery, and support.
  • Document as-is processes used for deployments.
  • Build processes for deploying Trustwave products and services.
  • Continually Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Design process improvements.
  • Build a process improvement culture.
  • Identify areas where efficiencies can be gained.
  • Identify weaknesses that affect efficiency in customer onboarding process.

 

Requirements

  • Very good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Very good interpersonal skills to work well with many people from different departments and countries.
  • Attention to details.
  • Process oriented.
  • Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results.
  • Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects, at once.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Highly motivated.

 

Preferred:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Processes / Project Management or Similar Area of Study. IT related education is a plus.
  • At least 1-year experience in coordinating work for multiple teams.
  • Experience with creating, documenting, and improving business processes.
  • Certification related to process management or project management is a plus.

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
