Procurement Specialist

This is a challenging and independent role ideal for ambitious candidate who would like to join dynamic and international environment. Procurement tasks:

  • Reviewing and approving purchase orders in the system
  • Reviewing and approving new supplier requests in the system
  • Provide guidance to employees on the topics related to vendors, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving and invoices
  • Coordination of third-party products purchases of equipment and licenses that are sold to customers
  • Managing contracts database and performing vendor risk assessments
  • Providing quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Creating and updating SOPs and guidelines
  • Identifying process gaps and improvements
  • Performing business reviews with suppliers

Coupa Admin tasks:

  • Adding users to the Coupa
  • Removing users from the Coupa
  • Changes in the current roles of users in the Coupa
  • Building reports using the Coupa capabilities



  • 1-3 years’ experience in SSC/BPO/GBS
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Procurement department
  • Experience in Admin role
  • Coupa experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Great communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges
  • Very good communication in English
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Self-driven, proactive and flexible
  • Feeling of ownership and responsibility for the tasks
  • Team player, with can do attitude
