Trustwave is looking for a talented Global Sales Enablement Program Manager.  In this role, you will help support the overall productivity and sales effectiveness of Trustwave’s global field sales organization. This role will be responsible for managing the logistics, communications, and resources associated with all Global Sales Enablement programs including New Hire Onboarding, all internal Sales and Sales Leadership development, and Partner and Technical enablement. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and calendar management of all Sales Enablement programs
  • Managing New Hire Onboarding communications, development records, and logistics
  • Coordinating all activities associated with Sales Enablement training programs
  • Administering the Sales Enablement resource sites, tools, and LMS
  • Generating Global Sales Enablement reports and documentation
  • Participating in the planning, set up and delivery of Global Sales meetings
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative needs of the Global Sales Enablement team
  • Leading some Enablement programs, certifications, and events both virtually and in-person
  • Supporting all Global Sales Enablement communications
  • Contributing to the Global Sales Enablement strategy and planning

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with deploying global programs for sales teams
  • 2+ years of sales, training, project management or coordinating experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with LMS systems/Learning technologies and Sales Enablement Platforms preferred
  • Willingness and capability to learn new software tools and applications quickly and efficiently
  • High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
