Trustwave is looking for a talented Human Resources Coordinator in our Warsaw office.  As the HR Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the organization through the support of human resources functions in across the globe.

The primary focus of this role is to take responsibility for day to day HR admin tasks, to ensure a professional working environment is maintained at all times. Person in this position will be working very close with the HR Managers in EMEA and US; this role will require exceptional administration, organizational and people skills.

Duties: 

  • Provide day to day HR support to Trustwave staff HR related queries.
  • Coordinate onboarding process of new joiners
  • Running offboarding processes
  • Run benefit administration for employees
  • Maintain confidential human resources files, and process HR related paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Updating global and local HR policies
  • HRIS system administration
  • Gather information requested by HR Managers and leaders; prepare documents, forms, letters, and other documents used in the human resources function.
  • Support and run engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate corporate and CSR events
  • Undergo ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

 

Education:
We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
