About the Role

Staying at the forefront of the fast-moving, high-growth cybersecurity industry requires constant innovation and continuous, transformative change—Transformation is one of our core values, and our Strategy & Transformation team is the driving force behind it. As a  Manager of Business Transformation, you’ll collaborate with people across our global organization, from the C-suite to the frontline, to drive change, operational excellence and growth.

We’re looking for a flexible team player who’s eager to tackle a broad range of responsibilities, including financial analysis, business case development, process redesign, on-the-ground implementation and more. You’ll own and manage transformation projects that have a significant impact on our business, our clients and our bottom line, so you should feel equally comfortable influencing people and working autonomously.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end project and process leadership: Guiding and supporting internal teams through transformation initiatives that position Trustwave for rapid growth, serving as a facilitator and coach to accelerate progress.
  • Proactive problem solving: Identifying areas of greatest need and potential impact, pinpointing roadblocks, and offering pragmatic solutions.
  • Quantitative analysis: Bolstering the credibility of problem-solving recommendations with rigorous, data-driven assessments of expected outcomes.
  • Comprehensive collaboration and communication: Partnering with functional leaders and subject-matter experts to develop business cases and formulate solutions, while keeping senior leaders continuously informed on progress and issues. Articulating Trustwave’s value proposition to the marketplace, including technical buyers, analysts, and investors.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation, this role provides a unique opportunity for high performers to grow with Trustwave and gain P&L ownership and operational experience over time.
