Trustwave is searching for an Industry Analyst Relations Manager. As part of the corporate marketing team, you’ll play a strategic, cross-company role in supporting Trustwave business priorities. Your role is highly visible, and you will be accountable to results, relationships and sometimes shifting core responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Head a world-class industry analyst relations program that helps drive the company’s success as a growing, global leader in cybersecurity.
  • Build and execute a strategy that delivers results with the influential cybersecurity industry analyst community.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team, product management/marketing, corporate communications, other stakeholders and AR counterparts in other parts of the business and geographies.
  • Play a key role in branding, communicating and shifting perception of the company, and serving as a company spokesperson to industry analysts.
  • Work closely with product/services teams to develop industry analyst-specific positioning and messaging that results in favorable perception and report positioning.
  • Manage, staff and coordinate frequent industry analyst interactions including meetings, inquiries, tours, advisory sessions and events across multiple time zones and in multiple domestic and international locations.
  • Review and provide strategic input into presentations, messaging and interactions between industry analysts and spokespeople. Offer guidance and help business leaders to better work with analysts.
  • Share industry analyst reports, perceptions and insight with the senior leadership team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Actively communicate company news, information and developments to the industry analyst community.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives like campaigns, webinars and events that involve industry analysts.
  • Build and manage to an annual operating plan and budget.
  • Measure and report on results.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of corporate marketing/communications experience with at least 5 running industry analyst relations programs in B2B cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of and solid relationships with key cybersecurity industry analysts.
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity and managed security services.
  • Extensive knowledge of the analyst relations process including those around Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, Forrester Waves and other analyst evaluations and reports.
  • Proven ability to raise the profile of a B2B company in industry analyst evaluations.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally to industry analyst events or engagements as required.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
