Trustwave is seeking highly motivated, talented individuals for the Purchasing Analyst position in Warsaw, Poland. The position reports to the Global Purchasing Manager and will support purchasing/procurement activities in North America/United States, Europe, and the Asia/Pacific regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Procure-to-Pay platform, including accuracy of transaction data
  • Manage vendors, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices along with other key procure to pay items
  • Assist in spend data analysis and basic financial analyses
  • Assist Global Purchasing Manager and Senior Purchasing Analyst in spend category strategy development, price benchmarks and vendor profiles
  • Assist team in vendor profile maintenance
  • Assist with the gathering of additional business requirements from applicable stakeholders for on-going upgrades and improvements
  • Assist Request for Proposal (“RFP”) preparation and assist RFP analysis
  • Pro-actively perform market research
  • Work on special projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (or equivalent combination of relevant education, training and/or experience)
  • 1-3 years of related professional experience
  • Familiarity with purchasing/procurement preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with a broad range of research tools and technologies, analytics and basic financial analyses
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with purchasing system/Procure-to-Pay platform a plus

 

  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, global work environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to align better with US time schedule is a plus
  • Self-managed and motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strong time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Passion for finding information on industry trends and continuous improvement attitude
