We are looking for a strategic VP, Worldwide Channel & Alliances Sales to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is an outside sales position focused on driving revenue through our reseller, referral, and distributor partners. The VP is responsible for managing a global Channels program, creating and managing all associated activities including program model and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing global indirect sales.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, enable and grow new channel partner relationships.
  • Identify and develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead demand generation messages with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Referral Partners, and Distributors, and Strategic Alliances
  • Manage worldwide Channel Sales strategy and execution
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through VAR’s, Referral Partners and Distributors and Alliances
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue and provide accurate and timely management of information and revenue forecasts.
  • Establish appropriate performance goals for channels while monitoring progress against those goals.
  • Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with channel sales team/engineers.
  • Be advocate for Channel Partners and Enterprise Corporate Customers.
  • Work with partners to evangelize Trustwave solutions.
  • Lead & Manage training metrics and reports key performance indicators to the business.
  • Facilitate group interactions such as meetings, seminars and workshops.
  • Conduct training needs analysis with the business and identify learning objectives that will help drive their business.
  • Design and deliver training to sales teams that move the business forward.
  • Responsible for executing Trustwave strategy into VAR channel segment


Qualifications:

  • Expert-level Channel sales experience in Security industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining executive channel relationships
  • Ability to create and execute successful channel strategies that will support revenue growth
  • Ability to work effectively with field sales, marketing, operations and finance organizations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, an understanding of group and corporate dynamics, integrity and the demonstrated ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Ability to lead channel sales teams and have a close understanding of successful pipeline management.


Education:
Minimum of college degree.
