The role reports to the HR Director and is responsible for providing the full spectrum of HR support to Trustwave’s cyber security business in Asia, including Singapore, Hongkong, Japan and Philippines. He/She will also work with the respective HR Centre of Excellences (COEs) teams and HR Shared Services team to implement various HR initiatives and perform day to day HR operations.

 Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and coordination in the annual HR exercises including but not limited to annual Performance Review cycle, Salary Review cycle, employee engagement survey as well as manpower planning and budgeting exercise. Ensure high quality deliverables are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with line directors, managers and finance team to plan, track and manage headcounts and total manpower costs within budgets.
  • Support business directors and managers on training and development to build competencies and capabilities required for the business.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, perform analysis and provide insights to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the line manages in managing retirement and re-employment cases, disciplinary and performance issues.
  • Provide advice to line managers on HR related matters in accordance to company policies and guidelines.
  • Build collaborative partnership with HR COEs and HR Shared Services on HR initiatives or projects.
  • Provide ongoing support to the HR Director on any assigned tasks and projects.

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related degrees
  • 3 to 5 years of HR generalist or business partnering experience
  • Meticulous, good attention to details and numbers 
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel application 
  • Well-versed in Singapore employment regulations, knowledge of employment regulations in the regional countries is an added advantage 
  • Strong operational and execution capability 
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and high learning agility 
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment

 Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
