Trustwave is looking for a self-motivated professional to join & lead our growing team in this newly created position. As the Finance Manager for our Compliance Business Unit you will have a direct impact on the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with business-line leadership, operations, human resources and IT to ensure consistent, timely, and pertinent financial reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed by the division Chief Executive Officer, and Finance organization, as requested.
  • Prepare, format and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Routinely communicate business unit consolidated financial results, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics
  • Lead day to day reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Manage revenue recognition process and monthly close process. Manage accounts receivable functions within the team to ensure achievement of defined objectives and metrics.
  • Support finance and operational resources in the Compliance Business Unit organization 

As a business advisor and team leader, you will work with sales, operations and other members of the finance team as the key advisor.  It is a hands-on role that will see you getting involved in a wide range of processes in order to understand them and implement improvements.  As a leader & mentor to the group, you will also be responsible for evaluating and developing team members, so they may become stronger professionals within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong, progressive professional experience in accounting and finance preferably in a technology services organization.
  • Experience working in or with a fast growth high-tech international business.
  • Private and public company experience preferred.
  • Proven ability and desire to work effectively, delivering accurate results under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
  • Must be “hands on” and a proven and effective leader that garners trust and loyalty
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, preferably Finance or Accounting
