The Legal Administrator will provide administrative support to Trustwave’s corporate legal department consisting of nine invididuals.

Responsibilities

  • Proofread, edit and revise legal documents, such as contracts and litigation materials
  • Organize, process and file legal department invoice
  • Review and submit legal contract approvals using Salesforce CRM
  • Obtain and process legal department information, such as corporate certificates of good standing, real estate and title information, and other government filings
  • Regular administrative tasks included but not limited to maintain and updating files and databases, photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Create, format and edit correspondence and PowerPoint presentations with minimal direction


Requirements
  • At least 3 years of corporate experience supporting attorneys in an in-house, law firm or government capacity.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction
  • Team-orientation and demonstrated skill working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and accurately handle multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with senior level executives with composure and confidence
  • Demonstrated judgment and demonstrated problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Education
High School diploma required. College degree, relevant associate degree or certification preferred.
