Senior Sales Operations Consultant

Commercial Data Platform Waltham, Massachusetts




TRINITY is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Consultant to join it's team.  This individual will produce deliverables for assigned clients by serving as the functional project lead, coordinating activities amongst multiple internal and external teams. 


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the clients’ point of contact, provide support on complicated and unique inquiries;
  • Understanding clients’ business needs and translating those into actionable tasks;
  • Generating complex reports to clients, both as regularly scheduled feeds, as well as ad-hoc requests;
  • Leading clients’ change management requests with the support of assigned Associates;
  • Guide assigned Associates, providing mentorship and ensuring their development/growth;
  • Developing and maintaining process flow, report generation and other client related documentation;
  • Escalating complex client inquiries and issues to senior-level Commercial Operations team members;
  • Completing other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.



Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, or health sciences disciplines, or related fields.  Interest in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries preferred.

Work Experience: 2-4 years of related work experience

  • Familiarity with healthcare data (especially sales and marketing data) preferred
