Director/Executive Director, Market Access & Reimbursement

Background: TGaS® Advisors provides leading benchmarking and advisory services for commercial organizations in the life sciences industry. The Role: TRINITY is looking for an experienced biopharmaceutical market access & reimbursement professional to identify, develop, evolve, integrate and deliver market access programs, tools and benchmark-based consultation (in partnership with colleagues) to both LSN and eLSN customers:


Primary Responsibilities

• Identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with colleagues to provide the best solution(s)

• Identify, pursue and close leads (i.e. self, LSN and eLSN generated)

• Lead “kick off” meetings to onboard new customers

• Ensure smooth delivery of syndicated and custom benchmarks/projects

• Maintain relationships to support retention and customer growth

• Develop, evolve and monetize products/services, consultative offerings


Candidate profile and experience: The ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep market access and marketing background including (but not limited to) the following experiences and characteristics:


7+ years in roles of increasing responsibility in biopharmaceutical market access (pharma & consultancy)

• Hands-on analytical aptitude & demonstrated strategic agility to solve customers’ commercial challenges

• Client-facing and consulting skills – both sales and delivery (“thinker/seller/doer”)

• Market Access, brand marketing, consulting/vendor experience

• A desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive, energetic outlook

• Ability to conceptualize, create and innovate

• Desire to work independently and comfortably with significant responsibility and accountability

• A demonstrated collaboration track record

• Strong presentation and communications skills
