The Opportunity
As a People Operations Analyst, you'll join our People team as a versatile, data-driven contributor supporting Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. This role is built for someone who is sharp, curious, and eager to learn the ins and outs of People Operations from the ground up: someone who thrives on solving problems, digging into data, and making things run better.
You'll be the analytical backbone for our People function: pulling reports, spotting trends, and translating data into insights that inform real decisions about how we hire, pay, develop, and support our people. You'll also have a direct hand in improving the processes and systems that shape the employee experience every day.
Initially, this role will also provide day-to-day support to our ESG & Sustainability function, offering broad, cross-functional experience early in your career. You'll also be at the forefront of implementing and using AI across our People functions, helping us find smarter, faster ways to work and setting the standard for how AI tools are adopted across the team.
If you're excellent in Excel, love finding patterns in messy data, and want a front-row seat to how a People organization operates, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation: $73,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. This is an in-office role.
