This position pays $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
Job Summary
The Information Technology Coordinator will be a part of a dynamic Information Technology team that supports a national real estate property management company based in Irvine, CA. This position provides day-to-day clerical support, to the Information Systems Department of the company. Main responsibilities include shipping, receiving, equipment ordering, inventory management, routing IT support tickets to the appropriate technicians/departments, and basic data entry.
The successful candidate will be motivated, resourceful, creative, detail-oriented and independent. We are looking for someone with a high degree of organization and eager to work as part of an extremely busy technology team.
Responsibilities
- Review and assign helpdesk voice mail tickets to appropriate company resources.
- Maintain inventory records for equipment.
- Ship/receive all packages and process all RMA requests.
- Process expense account records.
- Order technology equipment.
- Maintain current AP for technology vendors.
- Enter invoices into payables system.
- Retrieve/Sort/Distribute mail for the department.
- Assist senior IT staff in performing their duties where applicable.
Qualifications
- Must always provide excellent customer service and at all levels.
- Must possess a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and productivity applications such as Word and Excel.
- Must have efficient data entry skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Be willing to learn new technologies and concepts in relation to Information Systems.
- High degree of problem resolution without assistance.
- Technical background preferred.
