This is a temporary full-time role lasting approximately 60–90 days, with a hybrid schedule that includes on-site days at our Irvine, CA office. Local candidates only, please.
The position pays $60,000–$65,000 annually.
The Opportunity
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support property-level and portfolio-level marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility across Trinity’s communities. This role partners closely with regional teams, onsite staff, and the corporate marketing department to execute campaigns, maintain digital content, ensure brand accuracy, and strengthen community engagement efforts.
What You’ll Own
Help Ticket Management & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related help tickets through Trinity’s ticketing system.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve requests such as website updates, ILS corrections, social media questions, and brand support needs.
- Communicate with onsite teams to gather necessary info and ensure accurate resolution.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to senior team members or external vendors.
- Track recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Content & Website Support
- Implement updates on community websites, landing pages, and online listings.
- Coordinate and produce brochures, site maps, floorplans, and other collateral.
- Support SEO strategies through on-page and technical updates.
- Assist onsite teams with branded materials, templates, and promotional needs.
- Review Canva submissions for brand accuracy and provide guidance.
- Help maintain Trinity’s internal library of marketing templates and resources.
Reporting & Process Tracking
- Maintain documentation on ticket resolution times, categories, and volume.
- Provide weekly summaries of support trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support updates to SOPs, quick guides, and FAQs to reduce recurring requests.
What You Bring
- Communication Excellence: Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical Ability: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital platforms such as ILSs, social media, Google Business Profile, and email tools.
- Creative Skills: Basic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Organization & Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects, stay detail-oriented, and collaborate effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Requirements
Availability & Travel
This position may occasionally require availability during nights, weekends, or holidays depending on business needs. Occasional travel for company events or meetings may be required. Active participation in team functions and company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer use. The position may require lifting up to 25 pounds and the ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory information. Work may occur in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on assigned projects.
