The Role

Package All, is now seeking to add a Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager to be in Fontana, CA. The Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager will oversee our purchasing staff of four and support our operations in CA, AZ and UT. The role will require a highly analytical inventory and purchasing skill set as well as a proven record of delivering lean inventory and efficient, accurate purchasing. This position will oversee the Purchasing Team.

A successful candidate must have a proven record of leading purchasing teams, maintaining inventory levels to meet demand while providing overstocks and obsolescence. Would be expected to develop demand projections, maintain databases and provide oversight of the details affecting accuracy in purchasing inventory.

• 5-10 years’ experience of successful experience in purchasing and inventory analysis
• 2-3 years’ experience proven leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Experience with international trade zones
• Experience working with an importer/exporter
• Experience with an ERP system
