We are actively seeking experienced and highly motivated temporary personnel to serve as a detail-oriented Warehouse Technician. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Technician will organize and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received into the warehouse to include participating in assemblage of materials in accordance with contractual requirements. The Warehouse Technician will ensure a smooth and consistent operation, meeting timelines and maintain quality processes and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Receive inventory from freight carriers
  • Review products for count/kind/condition upon receipt
  • Log incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Manage and control inventory and file of associated paperwork
  • Enter data related to products and received materials in Fishbowl (IMS) accurately
  • Monitor, record and report shipment and product issues on logs and to Warehouse Manager and Purchase Orders
  • Recommend process improvements related to shelving, picking, and workflows.
  • Participate in the development of loss mitigation processes and protocols
  • Compile inventory reports and work with purchasing to eliminate excess buys when product is available
  • Assist in product identification and cataloging documentation on paper and in Fishbowl
  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet guests ensuring security of the facility
  • Conduct execution of picking, packing, and shipping of Delivery orders as determined by Warehouse Manager
  • Report progress/status of work performance to Warehouse Manager
  • Support responsibilities of coworkers in their absence or unavailability
  • All other Warehouse-related duties, as assigned



  • HS Diploma or GED


Other Requirements

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English
  • Must be able to load, lift packages, and perform other related duties




  • Prior experience in medical device calibration
  • Prior experience in a Logistics capacity
  • Medical equipment knowledge
  • Current CDR Certification or the ability to obtain a Florida Certified Designated Representative License
