Position Description

 Scheduler will be responsible to compile individual project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project Server, responsible for timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.

Analyze impact and extent of delays and major schedule changes.

Monitors critical activities/paths, reviews forecasts and tracks progress achieved to-date to allow project teams to manage their projects.

Scheduler suggests corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget and time. Creates summary reports.

Prepare, implement, and monitor scope of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of Project Scheduling experience as a Project Manager

Skilled in Project Management, Scrum, Critical Path Analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt, Management Information Systems

Proficiency in MS Project and MS Project Server

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel applications

Strong communication skills

Good analytic and planning skills

Must have good attention to details

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good work ethic and ability to treat documents with confidentiality

Work effectively within a team setting and provide leadership when required

 Education and Certifications

 Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or MBA Degree highly desired, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience in related discipline.
