About the Role
Seeking senior Growth client Partner professionals with expertise in Digital Transformation and client challenges, transitioning from traditional IT services to meeting Digital Transformation revenue goals. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to develop shared visions, understanding roadmaps, identifying early-stage opportunities, and shaping initiatives with Trianz services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong client relationship management, revenue achievement, account growth, and digital transformation strategy expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of delivery powered client relationship management, a keen desire and proven track record of revenue achievement, account growth, and a strong domain expertise in digital transformation strategy and technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at senior levels, including Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, and CXOs.
  • Lead discussions to position Trianz as a premium Digital Transformation brand, focusing on solutions and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business impact and promote high-impact digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and key stakeholders to formulate account strategy.
  • Execute the Account Development Framework to build relationships, expand Trianz's presence, and drive growth.
  • Accountable for revenue growth to exceed $multimillion/assigned client, Order bookings, Contribution margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction. 
  • Drive demand generation strategy and execution through the client facing teams.
  • Lead the teams in publishing and presenting proposals (proactive as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
  • Commercial management of the portfolio to ensure client profitability. 
  • Promote and leverage for account growth personnel dedicated to the account on Delivery Management
  • Delivery management (handling escalations) through scheduled Practice or Tech Services or Quality Assurance engagement reviews between the client and Trianz delivery leaders
  • Monitor resourcing to service the portfolio at all times and escalate any resource concerns immediately to Trianz Leadership

Who you are:
  • Proven Track record of new business development & account management within established customers.
  • Proven track record of positioning IPs and digital assets as part of new business solution proposals.
  • 8+ years of strategic client account management experience in the technology services industry
  • Seasoned leader to manage and grow our business and relationship within the account.
  • Proven track record in fostering effective relationships with senior clients both in Technology and in Business.
  • Strong work ethic, tenacity and hunger for growth.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring. 
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $160,000 to $170,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
