About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Manager to engage and convert high-quality leads generated through CXO roundtables, executive dinners, AWS summits, and targeted direct customer events. This individual will be instrumental in qualifying interest, understanding transformation priorities, and scheduling high-value follow-up meetings for the sales and solutions teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Conversion:
- Engage warm leads generated from executive events, AWS co-hosted sessions, and targeted field marketing campaigns. Follow up promptly to assess interest, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales meetings.
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Develop structured email, LinkedIn, and phone call cadences tailored to senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, etc.) with value-led messaging.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and track lead progression through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring event-sourced leads move efficiently into qualified pipeline stages.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
- Coordinate with field sales and marketing to tailor outreach based on industry verticals, transformation themes (VMware-to-AWS, GenAI, Data Modernization), and AWS funding motions (MAP, OLA, ProServe).
Feedback & Insights Loop:
- Provide structured feedback on lead quality, event impact, and common customer objections or interests to refine future targeting and messaging.
Performance Reporting:
- Track KPIs such as meeting conversions, MQL to SQL progression, and influence on pipeline value. Report weekly metrics to GTM leadership.

Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SDR roles within the tech industry (preferably cloud, data, or SaaS).
- Proven ability to connect with senior executives and convert warm leads into qualified opportunities.
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and cloud transformation drivers is a strong plus.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), along with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and storytelling skills.

Education:
