Role: Account Manager
Location: Mid Atlantic/ New England

Trianz is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow existing enterprise client relationships. This role is ideal for a client-facing professional who understands digital transformation services and enjoys expanding accounts through trusted relationships, solution positioning, and consistent execution.
The Account Manager will work closely with Client Partners, Practice Leaders, and Delivery Teams to support account growth, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new opportunities aligned with clients’ digital transformation journeys.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders across Director, Senior Director, and select VP levels
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong day-to-day client engagement
- Support client discussions around digital transformation initiatives and ongoing programs
- Ensure smooth coordination across contracts, invoicing, and procurement processes in partnership with internal teams
Account Growth & Opportunity Development
- Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, organizational structure, and key decision-makers
- Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts across services, solutions, and new initiatives
- Collaborate with Practice and Sales teams to introduce relevant solutions aligned to client priorities
- Assist in expanding Trianz’s footprint across additional buying centers and Lines of Business
Revenue & Commercial Support
- Support revenue growth targets for assigned accounts
- Assist in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Participate in proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing discussions
- Help manage account financials including billing, margins, and commercial compliance
- Flag potential risks or issues early and work with leadership on mitigation plans
Delivery Coordination & Client Satisfaction
- Partner with Delivery Managers and Practice Leaders to ensure high-quality execution
- Support delivery governance through regular status reviews and client touchpoints
- Help manage escalations by coordinating internally and ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor resourcing needs and raise concerns to appropriate leadership
- Promote long-term client satisfaction and account stability
Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Work closely with Client Partners, Sales Directors, Practice Leads, and Delivery teams
- Take a solution-oriented approach to client challenges
- Measure success through client satisfaction, account growth, and expansion opportunities
- Represent Trianz consistently as a trusted digital transformation partner
What You Bring
Experience & Background
- 8–12 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales within IT services or digital transformation firms
- Experience managing and growing enterprise client accounts
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, data, analytics, or enterprise technology services
- Experience working with consulting or professional services delivery models
- Prior experience supporting proposals, renewals, and account expansion initiatives
Client & Communication Skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with mid-to-senior client stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Professional executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and align them to solution offerings
Business & Technology Acumen
- Good understanding of digital transformation concepts and modern technology trends
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data-driven solutions
- Ability to understand commercial constructs, contracts, and service delivery metrics
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or advanced business degree is a plus

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $160,000 to $180,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
