About the Role              
Trianz is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager. This pivotal role focuses on creating and executing field marketing strategies to drive lead generation and bolster our presence in key markets through close collaboration with AWS sales teams, event management, targeted inside sales campaigns, and other effective marketing tactics.      
Job Responsibilities              
1. Field Marketing Strategy:              
Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to specific markets and AWS channel, aiming to generate leads and increase brand awareness.         
              
2. Event and Conference Leadership:              
Plan, organize, and execute our participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows, maximizing opportunities for direct engagement with potential clients along with AWS.      
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and team involvement to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned presence at events.      
              
3.Collaboration with Sales Teams:              
Work closely with AWS and Trianz sales teams and our inside sales team to align field marketing activities with sales objectives, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and lead nurturing.              
Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between marketing and sales to adapt strategies and tactics in real time.      
              
4.Targeted Campaigns and Initiatives:              
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at engaging specific customer segments, leveraging insights from sales teams and market analysis.      
Collaborate with Marketing team to utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing tools to reach and engage with target audiences effectively.         
              
5.Relationship Management:              
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, AWS sales teams, and key stakeholders to support marketing goals.              
Map key stakeholders and build a calendar of activities to build relationships and collaborate for join outreach initiatives.      
              
6.Performance Analysis and Reporting:              
Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and activities, providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders.              
Leverage data to make informed decisions and continuous improvements to field marketing strategies.      
Mandatory Skills              
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of the technology services market.  
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and build productive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable representing the company at industry events and in stakeholder meetings.
Optional Skills              
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance and lead engagement.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities to innovate marketing strategies and measure their impact.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Required Education              
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.      
Required Experience               
A minimum of 8 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related field within a B2B technology services environment.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime Hiring
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $90,000 to $110,000 USD. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
