Position at Triage Partners, LLC

Specific job duties include: 
  • Drop work includes hanging aerial drops, pulling drops in conduit/subduct 
  • The ability to work independently in the field with little supervision.   
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations. 
  • Direct customer facing work, displaying professional appearance, demeanor when communicating products, services to customers. 
  • Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed) 
  • Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures)

Job Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record 
  • Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack 
  • Technician must have their own tools to perform the job as well as an android smart phone & laptop 
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen 
  • Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, a hard hat, a reflective safety vest, a fall resistor, and safety cones 
  • Must be available to work flexible hours (weekend work may be required) 
  
Physical Requirements: 
  • Physical ability to work various in conditions, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and in adverse weather conditions. 
  • Physical ability to work from a kneeling or standing position for long periods 
  • Physical ability to climb ladders with proper equipment (safety belt, safety strap, hard hat, and other equipment as needed). 
  • Able to lift and carry loads up to 75lbs including ladder
