We are looking for a proactive and communicative Account Manager who is passionate about our workflow solutions products and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships by identifying and recommending products that meet their unique needs.

 

Specific Job Duties Include:

  • Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Consistently assess current and future client needs, explain product value and enhancements, and gather feedback which includes testimonials.
  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities with assigned accounts to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure the product and services delivered are a top-tier customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends, as well as track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present sales reports and data analysis that help drive continuous improvement of our product and services.
  • Develop strategic account plans that achieve our annual sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the reverse logistics industry is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% annually.

 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of financial principles.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical SaaS products and their applications.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.

 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.
  • Proficient in collecting, tracking, and analyzing large datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and emerging industry trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software, with preference for experience using HubSpot.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: This job is remote in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
