Description:

 

The High-Volume Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting within the telecommunications industry. This role focuses on aggressive sourcing, social media recruiting, and building pipelines through colleges, trade schools, and unique channels. The recruiter drives candidates from initial outreach through negotiation and closing while maintaining detailed ATS/CRM documentation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across technical, field, and corporate roles

    Source candidates through social media, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies

    Build partnerships with colleges, trade schools, and telecom training programs

    Execute social media recruiting and marketing campaigns to attract talent

   Screen, interview, and qualify candidates

   Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines

   Negotiate offers and close candidates

   Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in ATS/CRM systems (Jobvite/Evolve preferred)

   Track recruiting metrics and pipeline performance

   Promote company culture and opportunities to candidates

 

Qualifications:

    2+ years recruiting experience (telecom or technical preferred)

    Experience in high-volume recruiting environments

    Strong sourcing skills, especially via social media and non-traditional channels

   Experience building pipelines through schools and community partnerships

   ATS/CRM experience (Jobvite or Evolve preferred)

   Strong negotiation and closing skills

   Excellent communication and organizational skills
